My mission is to help people progress as individuals

My passion has always been helping others to progress as individuals, by understanding what drives our thoughts and behaviours.

Since a long time I have been fascinated by the subject of human mind, human behaviour, the problems faced by us, how to solve them and how to help people resolve their issues. In response to this inner urge, for the last 30 years, I spent most of my free time learning about helping people, reading books on spirituality and personal development and attending various training programmes, seminars on personal development and self-help.

I took up a counselling course at the University of London and got myself familiarised with counselling and various therapy modalities. I understood that talking therapies, traditional psychotherapy and CBT would take a long time to be effective and may not be successful always. I was looking for something that would give quick results.

In my search on how to bring quick transformation, I found out that Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool in the transformation of the subconscious mind, the seat of all beliefs and imprints that drive human behaviour. Soon I took up a hypnotherapy course and completed it.  As usual I started looking for more.

As if the Universe is guiding me in the right direction, I came across Marisa Peer and found that she developed a powerful tool out of hypnotherapy and created RTT, Rapid Transformational Therapy. Soon I trained to be a RTT practitioner.

However, my drive for helping clients in a much more efficient way, led me to more explorations. I got qualified in PSYCH-K, a powerful tool to change our beliefs. Because our beliefs create our reality. Limiting beliefs means your life is limited and restricted. I did not stop there, next, I got qualified in Past Life Regression Therapy, as I understood more than 60% of our issues come from past lives.

My hunger for learning and urge to transform my client’s life as quickly as possible led me another journey to learn Body code, Emotion code and EFT.

In the process I started to create my own modality that is Holistic therapy where I combine the best from all modalities and include spiritual coaching and psychosomatic knowledge, as I understand that the secrets of the universal laws have a great impact on our lives.

With my learning and research spanned over more than 30 years, with the training from different modalities and my own life experiences and with over 30 years of marriage with 2 wonderful sons, I feel immensely blessed and confident to help clients in a much more efficient way.

I have developed my own style of holistic therapy whereby, I bring together the best of all of the therapy models to deliver sessions that can truly be fulfilling, immensely beneficial and positively transformative to those who participate. Thanks to the Universe and my clients. I am glad that I have recently been awarded Holistic Therapy Service for the year 2023/24 for London and South East England.
