About Self Confidence
Lack of self-confidence is the most common in the western world. It produces reactions like:
• Feeling stupid, silly or inferior for no real reasons
• A belief that others see you as stupid, silly or inferior
• Feeling of embarrassment
• A lack of self-esteem or self-worth
• Fear of other people
• Fear of new situations
• Fear of change
These responses are based on erroneous belief. They compare with others and believe that others do better than them, not really knowing that they really cannot measure how others perform tasks.
Therapy is helpful in that you get to know your best and learn to shatter your unhelpful beliefs about your self-esteem and confidence.
