Fear is difficulty in ‘holding’ yourself, lack of trust in the world and receiving what world has to offer, difficulty in manifesting money, jobs, relationships, home, or having them but unable to hold on to them, difficulty in relaxing and sleeping, over-reaction when someone speaks to you, feeling unwanted and life doesn’t matter, hyper-vigilance towards everything around you. As a result you don’t feel safe in the world and develop fear.


The reaction is almost identical to a panic attack, except the sufferer knows where the fear is coming from, but not why.

Sometimes phobic reactions are linked to some traumatic event in the past. This trauma gets buried and hidden from the conscious thought. The phobic reaction is result of a subconscious reaction, not a conscious one. It is linked to subconscious fear of death.
